Who is it for: anyone involved in the interview and selection process.

Pre-work: Prepare a person spec for one of the job roles
Course overview: This workshop offers delegates a unique opportunity to practice their interviewing skills using the services of professional role-playing actors. The course begins with a piece of forum theatre showing a typical interview. Delegates are encouraged to critique the drama, change it and actively re-enact it.
Participants will interview several different candidates, played by the actors, then carry out a selection process to recruit the best person for the job. They will receive constructive feedback, advice and ideas for improvement; this will enable all delegates to take away a usable interview plan.
