Watch TED talk by Simon Sinek 

 

Course overview: Participants will first understand how their MBTi type is reflected in their leadership style and personal brand. They explore their areas of strength and where they may need to place more effort. They will be introduced to Simon Sinek’s “Starting with Why” and explore their own why and how it impacts on managing their team. We explore what makes a team successful and how teams develop. The workshop ends with an experiential leadership exercise

• Know what leadership style is appropriate when 

• Understand how to motivate a team 

• Know how to form and maintain a successful team 

• Develop leadership skills 

• Be able to understand your strengths and how the affect your leaderships style 

 

Post workshop to embed learning: All participants will take part in an e coaching program for 6 weeks after the workshop. This will consist of on the job exercises and suggested self-directed learning to ensure maximum retention of learning
