Course overview: For most managers in business today the role of a manager is not so clear. Most managers also have to have to perform a job role as well as look after the people in the team. The days of command and control and supervising staff are gone if you want motivated and productive people. This course gives managers the core people skills to get the most out of their teams’. It helps them to learn how to use the 2 styles of management at the right time with the right people, so staff feel empowered and motivated. Managers are encouraged to see their role as getting the best out of their people that will then lead to the results the business requires.
